Böhler steel for cutting dies

Meeting the requirements of each cutting job in the perfect way, Böhler offers the widest range of profiles in the rule die steel industry. The range consist of standard and serrated profiles.

FEATURES

Böhler steel is available in 3 variants:

  • HF Orange: high-frequency (HF) edge hardened top-quality steel, optimised for best bendability, best durability and outstanding cutting performance.
  • Yellow: increased body hardness for higher stability in die cutting. The blade is not hardened in high frequency.
  • HF Yellow: body with higher hardness combined with hardened high frequency (HF) wire.

TECHNICAL DATA

  • Available in various heights: 19 - 20 - 30 - 32 mm
  • Single cut and double cut, central and lateral.
